| January afternoon at the big swimming pool. Natural hot water, no chlorine. In a stiff wind ascending the four story slide in the background can seem interminable. There are two large pools here and three or four hot pots of increasing temperature. During the week most pools open before people go to work and stay open 'til 9 or 10. |
