Golden Tour of the South

From soft sands near the volcano Hekla to the center of history at Thingvellir and visiting such wonders as the geyser and hot springs center at Geysir and the "Golden Waterfall" Gullfoss. A tour requiring at least intermediate riding experience and conditionong.

9 Days 8 nights, with 7 days of riding. A day's ride will cover 20 to 45 km in 5 to 9 hours. A total of 245 km

Kjolur

A physically challenging tour along an ancient riding trail that connects north and south Iceland. Passing glacier tongues, an oasis of hot spring, vast expanses of uninhabitable highland and, of course, many glacial rivers.

8 Days 7 nights 6 days in the saddle. 240 km total distance. 25 to 45 km each day in 4 to 9 hours of riding.
